Red or Green Curry


50 g green or red curry paste
1 tbsp soy bean oil
200 g fresh meat
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup water
100 g vegetables
1 1/2 tsp sugar


  • Stir fry 50g of Red or Green Curry paste in one tbsp soybean oil, then add 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk.
  • Add 200 g of fresh meat and continue cooking
  • Add another 1/2 cup (120 ml) of coconut milk and 1/2 cup of water, heat until boiling
  • Add 100 g vegetables and cook until the vegetables soften.
  • Add 1 1/2 tsp sugar. Taste and season as required.

    For a milder flavour, hlve the portion of the curry paste should be used
